Many people love the coast, but the shoreline is not always friendly. Educating everyone, including children and culturally diverse (CALD) communities, to stay safe in and around the water is key to our mission.

Surf Life Saving WA’s education programs cover a wide range of topics, including an introduction to the beach, basic first aid and surf lifesaving sport, with lessons conducted in classroom settings (at schools or arranged venues) or at the beach.
