Life Skills for Life is an interactive resuscitation workshop equipping participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively respond in a first aid or emergency situation.

During this two-hour workshop, participants will engage in hands-on activities using CPR manikins, training defibrillators, and first aid resources to simulate real-life scenarios. They will learn the important steps to take in an emergency, how to perform basic CPR, and the steps in DRSABCD.

Tailor-made 45 min – 1.5 hour sessions. Can also be tailored for Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and vacation care.
