Life Skills for Life is an interactive resuscitation workshop equipping participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively respond in a first aid or emergency situation.
During this two-hour workshop, participants will engage in hands-on activities using CPR manikins, training defibrillators, and first aid resources to simulate real-life scenarios. They will learn the important steps to take in an emergency, how to perform basic CPR, and the steps in DRSABCD.
Sessions can also be tailored for 45 min – 1.5 hour for Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and vacation care.
