SLSWA’s Youth Pathways Program provides young members with opportunities to develop leadership, practical skills and confidence beyond active participation. Through volunteering, coaching, training, officiating, surf sports and lifesaving, members gain valuable experience, contribute to their clubs and communities, and build clear pathways for lifelong involvement in Surf Life Saving.
