Practical and short, this course provides family and friends with basic first aid knowledge that can save lives and minimise harm caused by unforeseen accidents around the home. This useful course is completed in groups at whatever location suits the candidates.

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Choking
  • Asthma
  • Anaphylaxis and ellergies
  • Fractures, sprains, and strains
  • Bites and stings


This is an informal session and can be delivered at your preferred/requested location.

Course Information

Pre-requisite minimum group size is 10. Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will receive a certificate of participation.
