Beach safety

While we have trained surf lifesavers and lifeguards and support operations teams, there are things that you can do to help us keep you safe.

This includes checking the conditions before you head to the beach (including the swell!), choosing a beach with patrolling lifesavers, and swimming between the red & yellow flags because that’s where our lifesavers can best see you!
