Sunset Challenge 2024

The Sunset Challenge is a major event on the Broome Surf Life Saving Club calendar. Over the years it has become a favoured carnival in which competitors from all over Australia come to enjoy the mix of friendly competition and a visit to paradise.

July in Broome is the peak of the tourist season so intending competitors and visitors are strongly encouraged to book early for flights and accommodation. It is encouraged you contact the Broome Visitor Centre.

Over the Sunset Challenge weekend, all participating clubs are asked to assist with the set-up and take down of competition areas. There will be social get together and award presentations after the completion of events on Sunday afternoon.

• Competitors must be current member of a Surf Life Saving Club

• Entries close Monday, 1 July at 11:59 pm
