St John Ambulance Professional Development Day

Fremantle SLSC, in partnership with SLSWA, will be facilitating an interagency training opportunity for patrolling members with St John Ambulance paramedic interns.

This day is extremely beneficial for all patrol members to understand how skills as surf lifesavers can be utilised and integrated with other agencies’ management of incidents.

The day will consist of practical (dry) scenarios where members might act as the first responders, and then others where we support St John Ambulance crews. These scenarios will take attendees through primary and secondary response as well as extrication.
