Calling All Club Patrol and Vice Captains! Enhance Your Leadership with Our 2024/2025 In-Service Sessions
As we all gear up for the upcoming season, it’s time to elevate our patrol operations. Surf Life Saving Western Australia (SLSWA) is excited to announce the Patrol Captain In-Service Sessions.
These sessions are your chance to connect directly with state representatives and fellow leaders on the ground, ensuring you’re equipped with the latest information, tools, and strategies to lead your team effectively. Whether you’re a seasoned Patrol Captain or stepping into the role for the first time, these in-services will assist you to refining your skills and improving beach safety.
Our goal is for all 31 affiliated clubs to participate, fostering stronger inter-club relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality patrols across Western Australia. This is your opportunity to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our lifesaving operations and to make your voice heard at the grassroots level.
The Patrol Captain In-service at Secret Harbour SLSC is targeted at Mandurah SLSC, Port Bouvard SLSC, and Secret Harbour SLSC members however all SLSWA patrol & vice captains are invited to attend any session.
Don’t miss out on this invaluable opportunity to sharpen your leadership skills and ensure that your patrols run smoothly.
Stay informed. Stay prepared. Lead with confidence.
