Thanks to our Major Partner Healthway, we are offering all SLSWA Nipper & Youth members the chance to win berry cool prizes. We have two major prize packs up for grabs – one for members aged 5-12 and one for members aged 13-16 years and three Fuel to Go & Play Runner Up Prize Packs.

To be in the running to win all you need to do is:

  • Design a nutritious smoothie recipe and tell us about it.
  • Complete the entry details at the bottom of this page, and upload your completed pack to be in the running to WIN.

Fuel to Go & Play

As nippers, surf lifesavers and athletes, it’s important to fuel our bodies to perform our best on and off the beach. Fuelling our bodies with healthy food and drinks is important for development, concentration, and our immune health. Be sure to eat a wide variety of foods from the five groups and keep your water bottle in hand.
