Held across three days, the R&R Weekender will combine coaching and competition opportunities for coaches, officials and athletes in the sport of R&R.
With special guest R&R Expert Christine Cardwell from VIC (National Coach of the Year 2022, R&R wizard).

Friday, 22 November | 5pm Registrations – Leighton Beach
- Second Sundowner Series session

Saturday, 23 Novmeber | 8:30am Scarboro Training Room
- Morning activities will focus on the coaches and officials, with demonstrations covering all aspects of 2 and 5-person events (Nippers & Youth).
Saturday, 23 Nov | 2pm Hillarys
- Demonstration R&R for U15, 17, 19 and Open – Targetting Competitors, coaches and Officials.
- Dinner at Pizzaca at approx 6:30pm please RSVP to Doug McGhie if you would like to attend.
Sunday 24, November | 7:30am Alkimos
- 2 person Nipper demo ahead of the Alkimos Development Carnival
