About the course

A fun day out at the beach where participants learn the important aspects of beach safety whilst increasing their skills and fitness in the water and on the sand.

The 2-hour session, which can be tailored at request to suit your group, sees our qualified surf lifesavers teach participants important safety information through fun activities such as board riding, swimming, and beach games, culminating in a surf life saving style carnival to enable participants to put their new skills into action.
