Let’s be honest. We should all know first aid. SLSWA volunteers and professional lifeguards undertake an overwhelming number of first aid cases every summer. Over the busiest season last year (2017-2018), SLSWA volunteers reported 2,844 first aid incidents that were attended to. Professional lifeguard services recorded 2,667 attended incidents.
