1. Competition Period
Wednesday 21/04/2022 – Friday 06/05/2022
The survey will close at 12.00 pm midday, Friday 6 May 2022.
2. Prizes
Registration fee for one (1) Woodside Nipper participant for the 2022/2023 season. Should the winning entrant have a child who completed their final year of Woodside Nippers in the 2021/2022 season, then the prize may cover the cost of the registration fee for that child for their first year of “youth” membership.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
- There are three (3) opportunities to win.
- Only one (1) registration fee per Winner will be covered.
- SLSWA will contact the Winners within seven (7) days of the survey closing date.
- Winners have seven (7) days from Date of Contact to confirm their acceptance of the prize.
- “Date of Contact” is deemed to commence from when SLSWA utilises one of the contact methods provided by the survey respondent to notify them that they are Winner.
- Where a Winner does not respond within the time frame, a new Winner will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries received.
3. Eligible Entries
Winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries. The first three (3) eligible entries drawn will be deemed the Winners.
- To be eligible, respondents must:
- Have a child participating in the 2021/22 season of Woodside Nippers.
- Answer all applicable questions in the survey.
- Provide relevant contact details, including name; email; and phone number where requested in survey.
- Survey responses must be received by Surf Life Saving WA by the closing time/date of 12.00pm midday, Friday 6 May 2022.
4. Winners will be announced via SLSWA’s eNewsletter “My Beach” and will be contacted directly using the details provided within seven (7) days following the closure of the survey. Winners will also be published on this page.
