DESCRIPTION:Swanbourne Nedlands Surf Life Saving Club’s premier event – the Swanny Ocean Classic 2025! \nWhether you’re there to swim\, paddle (racing mal or SUP) or run\, the Swanny Ocean Classic is a 2km event with something for everyone that over 1\,000 participants look forward to each year. \nThe 2km event starts at Cottesloe Beach and finishes at Swanbourne Beach at Swanbourne-Nedlands SLSC. The course is set by buoys/markers along the way to direct you as well as many water safety personnel on boards or signs on the sand directing you down the beach to Swanny. \nThe 2025 event will mark 40 years of the Swanny Ocean Classic\, and be held in honour of the late Colin Cook – Swanbourne Nedlands SLSC life member and founder of the event first held in 1986. \nRegistrations opening. \nFind out more here
