DESCRIPTION:The 1 & 2 km Run Series aims to encourage clubbies of all ages to train and simulate competing in 1 & 2km run events in readiness for the Fuel to Go & Play WA Surf Life Saving Championships and The Aussies\, as well as to meet people from other clubs. \nThe 2025/26 Series will comprise 4 events\, as follows \nDates & Times\n\nRace 1: Fremantle SLSC | Saturday\, 22 November 2025.\nRace 2: Coogee Beach SLSC | Friday\, 5 December 2025.\nRace 3: Swanbourne Nedlands SLSC |Friday\, 19 December 2025.\nRace 4: Scarboro SLSC | Friday\, 9 January 2026. Registrations from 5pm / Races start 6pm sharp. Post event sundowner.\n\nEntries\n\nRegister on the day – cash or eftpos\n$5 per event per runner – food included in the price.\n\nFormat\n\n1km: U6 – U12 and 60+\n2km: U13 – U60\n2km run relay team – optional\nAn All Abilities participation event may also be provided\n\nRules\n\nThe run events will be conducted to the current SLSA Surf Sport Manual\nRunners must be current members of a Surf Life Saving Club\nClub competition cap preferred (represent your club with pride)\nThe all abilities event will be a fun participation based event determined on the day\n\nEvent Enquiries\nJack Dowie – 0413 333 650
