DESCRIPTION:The North Cottesloe Surf Series – Double Ski Carnival is an event open to all clubs and competitiors. The event comprises of an open male and open female double ski\, an open mixed double ski and a double ski relay. North Cottesloe invites everyone to stay and enjoy food and drink atfer the race.
