Life Skills for Life is an interactive resuscitation workshop equipping students with the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively respond in a first aid or emergency situation.

Engaged through hands on activities using CPR manikins and training defibrillators to simulate real life scenarios, during this two hour workshop students will learn the important steps to take in an emergency and how to perform basic CPR. Students will be guided through the steps of DRSABCD.
