Alkimos Beach

Located in a newly developed suburb 40km’s north of the CBD, Alkimos Beach is one of Perth’s hidden gems. It’s white sandy beaches, rolling dunes and large grassy open space, stretch for 3km’s and is rarely crowded. Due to the reef located parallel to shore, waves are usually less than 1m in height, providing calm conditions for swimmers.

Beach Patrol

Alkimos Surf Life Saving Club conducts patrols of Alkimos Beach on Sundays and public holidays between October and April each year. For further information regarding patrol dates and times at Alkimos Beach, visit beachsafe.org.au.
