Some of the materials are in PDF (Adobe Reader) format, some are in DOC (Microsoft Word) format.

To make the materials easier to download, some of the items have been packaged up as a ZIP archive, which Windows XP can open as a "compressed folder". Using ZIP has also resulted in smaller download sizes.
