The Junior Club Achiever Award is a prestigious state based award where clubs nominate one junior member (preferably in the U14 age group) in their club to receive the recognition.
The award is a great way to acknowledge someone who has been a positive role model for younger club members and who has participated with a great attitude in all club activities.
The nominated person should meet the following criteria:
ATTITUDE
• Striving to achieve to the best of their ability
• Team Spirit/Camaraderie
• Self motivated
• Respect for others
• Positive role model for peers and younger members
• Positive attitude to club activities
PARTICIPATION
• Skills development
• Surf Lifesaving awards
• Competition
• Regular attendances at club activities
This award is presented to our juniors at the Junior State Championships each year in front of their peers and invited guests. The Junior Achiever Award recipients receive a certificate and a gift from Surf Life Saving WA.
